Doña Jimena Tequila
Artisanal Small Batch Tequila – 100% de Agave. Claudia Flores moved from Mexico to Vancouver with her young family over 20 years ago. Her goal was to craft the finest quality, responsibly sourced, small batch Tequila. She needed to find a Tequila Master who shared her vision to help her bring Doña Jimena to life.
With 15 years experience in a male dominated industry, Paola has challenged the status quo by becoming one of Mexico’s few Maestra Tequilera. She is honoured to be working with Claudia and helping to create Doña Jimena.

Our Blanco Tequila is the expression that best reflects the pure flavour of our fully matured, slow cooked, Blue Webber Agave.

Odd SOCIETY SPIRITS
Odd Society is dedicated to combining Old World distilling traditions with New World ingredients and ingenuity to create a family of spirits including whiskey, vodka and gin. The Odd Society is about experimentation, embracing change and celebrating our individual and collective oddities.
Prospector Canadian Rye Whisky
This Canadian Rye Whisky is made from 100% BC grown rye. Maturing the rye for three years in brand new American white oak casks gives the rye a heady nose of brown sugar, dried prune, vanilla and oak. This full-bodied rye melts on the tongue into light spice and stone fruit leaving with a crisp, dry finish.
Wallflower Gin
Wallflower Gin by Odd Society starts with 100% BC malted barley spirit. Twelve local and exotic botanicals are added to create a gin with a unique character that is rich and aromatic, yet light and refreshing. Heartier botanicals, such as European juniper and BC cranberries, are steeped for 12 hours prior to distillation, while more delicate botanicals, like rose, lavender and elderflower, are placed in a gin basket above the still allowing the rising alcohol vapours to extract their flavourful oils.
East Van Vodka
Made from 100% barley that is grown in Prince George and malted in Armstrong, East Van Vodka passes through our two European-made, copper stills before it is lightly filtered and proudly blended with pure Vancouver water. Unlike most vodkas, East Van Vodka is not a completely neutral spirit. It is mildly fragrant, slightly sweet and incredibly smooth. Consider it a single malt vodka.
Crème de Cassis
Odd Society’s Crème de Cassis is based on the secret recipe of Master Chef Hervé Martin of the French Table and once the personal chef to the Late King Leopold III of Belgium. We are honoured to partner with Hervé to produce this French classic made with the finest BC-grown black currants. The best of Europe and the best of BC in one bottle. Fruity and sweet balanced by crisp acidity, a premium liqueur for discerning bar programs.
Bittersweet Vermouth
Odd Society Bittersweet Vermouth starts with a base of local Viognier wine that is fortified with a 100% barley spirit fermented and distilled on-site. The blend is scented with a mix of twenty-five local and international botanicals including citrus peel, wild cherry bark, rhubarb root, and Arbutus bark, along with bittering agents like wormwood and centaury. Rich, deep and intense. It begins with a tangy sweetness which leads to a lingering bitter finish— a perfect match in whisky and gin-based cocktails.
Mia Amata Amaro
Known for creating award-winning European liqueurs, distiller Gordon Glanz produced this Italian digestif with his daughter Mia Glanz. Mia Amata unites expressive fruits, flowers, barks, roots and resins from the four corners of the world. Bitter on first approach, this complex elixer reveals flavours of dark chocolate, orange, plum, nut and mint in a sweet finish. Mia Amata is an Italian digestif liqueur to be mixed in a cocktail like the classic Paper Plane, enjoyed after a meal with ice, or served chilled and neat

SEVEN SEALS
Seven Seals is like the book with seven seals from the Bible, a great mystery. Only a small number of people know exactly how the process of finishing whisky takes place. And it works! Numerous awards at the most prestigious whisky competitions in the world show that taste is not guaranteed by age but by our patented process. Every Seven Seals whisky that leaves our facility can legally call itself whisky before it goes through our short, effective Fast Forward Finishing process.
Sherry Wood Finish
Single Malted Barley Spirit. Reminiscent of a walk across a county fair. Scents of toffee, gingerbread, roasted almonds, candy, and Christmas spices immediately rise to the nose. On the palate, these flavors combine in a harmonious way and develop long-lasting toffee and nut aromas. It finishes with a hint of orange.
Peated Port Wood Finish
Subtle, yet multi-layered in the nose, this single malt makes you crave for more. The palate is defined by the distinctive flavor of peat smoke, embedded in full-bodied aromas of dried fruits such as raisins with accents of honey and oriental spices. This amazing taste lasts surprisingly long until it deliciously fades of your palate.
Port Wood Finish
Single Malted Barley Spirit. Combining different malts from the same distillery, resulting in an outstandingly complex and multi-layered character. The symphony of this union is exceptionally harmonious and is characterized by a hint of peat smoke with sweet honey, aromas of dried fruit, roasted nuts and gingerbread.
Double Wood Finish
Our Seven Seals Peated Double Wood in cask strength is olfactorily characterized by complex strong peat-smoke aromas with light floral notes accompanied by aromas of raisins and sultanas. The palate is followed by intense malt and green barley, which are accompanied by earthy peat, cinnamon and a touch of silky honey. The aftertaste is long-lasting yet finishes subtly and complex.
